You’ve heard of Chicago’s Pump Room, I’m sure of it.  On the other side of the hotel, PUBLIC has created The Library- a coffee and pastry bar by day…then transforms into a sexy lounge, where one can enjoy a cocktail and appetizer/dessert by Jean-Georges Vongerichten.  Luckily, in a place like this, no one is counting how many Hendricks & Cucumber a person has before heading out to dinner.  And to eat, we had to make an appearance at one of my favourite Chitown restaurants- Hub 51.  The menu has just about everything…but I brave the crowds {including celebrities} for their braised pork-shoulder lettuce cups.  They’re absolutely dangerous.
